1. Overview
At Nanddiz LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to product quality. Due to the nature of our business operations, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in this policy. This Refund Policy applies strictly to all consumers, regardless of geographic location (United States or International).
By placing an order on nanddiz.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this strict refund policy.
2. No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incompatibility with user hardware/software, or failure to read the product description.
Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for:
Change of mind (e.g., “I no longer want the item,” “I found it cheaper elsewhere,” “I ordered by mistake”).
Delayed shipping caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events, provided the item is ultimately delivered.
Perceived product fit or aesthetic preferences.
Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Orders flagged as fraudulent or high-risk; these orders will be canceled without fulfillment, and a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) will be processed only after a 10-business-day risk assessment period.
3. Return Eligibility (Strict Conditions)
Returns are accepted exclusively for the following reasons, and only if the customer complies with the conditions below:
3.1 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival (manufacturing defect) or physically damaged during transit, you must:
Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
Provide your order number, clear photographic evidence of the defect/damage, and a description of the issue.
Retain all original packaging, including the shipping box, as we may require its return for carrier claims.
Remedy: If the claim is approved, Nanddiz LLC will, at our sole discretion, either:
Ship a replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
Issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee).
We do not provide full refunds for defective or damaged items. The remedy is limited to replacement or a partial refund.
3.2 Incorrect Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong item (e.g., wrong SKU, wrong product entirely), you must:
Remedy: Nanddiz LLC will cover the return shipping costs via a prepaid label. Upon receipt and inspection of the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for incorrect shipments; the remedy is correction of the order.
4. Return Process (For Eligible Returns Only)
For the limited scenarios outlined in Section 3, customers must follow this strict process:
Authorization Required: Do not send any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and discarded without refund.
Return Window: Authorized returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of RMA issuance. Late returns will not be accepted.
Condition: Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, wear, or missing packaging will be rejected.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (excluding defective items, which are subject to the replacement remedy). This fee will be deducted from any partial refund issued.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).
5. International Consumer Provisions
Nanddiz LLC sells and ships globally. International consumers (outside the United States) are subject to the following additional terms:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Refunds do not include duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees. These are paid to the destination country and are non-recoverable by Nanddiz LLC. International customers are solely responsible for any import fees incurred.
Customs Seizure: If an order is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to prohibited items, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or failure to pay duties, no refund will be issued.
Shipping Times: Delivery estimates for international shipments are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond 60 calendar days from the shipment date, as international logistics are subject to variable transit times and border controls.
Currency: All refunds, if any are processed, will be issued in US Dollars (USD) at the original exchange rate used at the time of purchase. Nanddiz LLC is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses or intermediary bank fees charged by the customer’s financial institution.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider, Nanddiz LLC reserves the right to:
Permanently suspend the customer’s account and associated email addresses.
Blacklist the shipping address from future orders.
Provide the payment processor and financial institution with this Refund Policy as evidence of the customer’s agreement to the “no refund” terms.
Pursue recovery of costs incurred in disputing the chargeback, including administrative fees of $25.00 USD.
If a chargeback is filed for a legitimate order that was fulfilled, the customer forfeits any future eligibility for returns, replacements, or goodwill adjustments.
7. Exclusions
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances:
Digital downloads, software licenses, or electronically delivered products.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.
Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Closeout” on the product page.
Gift cards or store credits.
Items purchased through third-party resellers or marketplaces (contact the point of purchase directly).
8. Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, orders are automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled. If the order has already shipped, the standard “No Refunds” policy applies.
Failed Delivery/Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as “unclaimed,” “refused,” or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. If a refund is requested in this scenario, only the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be considered, provided the item is returned in sellable condition.
